Have been gaining weight and losing hair like a bitch. 4kg in 6 weeks is pretty terrifying, and the amount of hair i see on the floor doesn't make things any better. 

So here's a picture that excludes my fat face, and includes hansel's real quirky kueh lapis box bag (arriving in our shop real soon!). I'm pretty certain i will get one for myself to put my camera in. Yes, the camera, whatever camera, that I am going to get. Will be more motivated to blog when I have a camera to call my own, swear.

HANSEL SS12 TIERS OF JOY PARTAYYYY

Felt very much a part of this season than i'd ever been at hansel for the past couple of years. Of course it's due to the fact that i've signed on full-time and that a surge of pride ensues when i see my efforts in all the small things from the jewellery packaging to the hangtag designs to the kueh lapis table cloth!

And to have a chance to celebrate my birthday with the boss on such a big event is really added happiness:)

Grew a year older over the weekend, but definitely feeling none the wiser. 

Failed fiddling with a singer machine Chase found me, became a proud owner of a wee little pet plant, bought more cupcakes since Hey, Cupcakes! opened than I have ever had in my life, realised that beer will never be my friend and that we can find ourselves at the airport in the middle of the night just to satisfy our fast food cravings.

Feel like my 24hours a day have been stretched pretty tight and the lack of sleep is popping out all over my face. But life's filled with more laughter and warmth somehow:)

Blame it on all the recent late nights, couch potato-ing and junk food, for I've gained back the weight i lost during the SS12 photoshoots preparations a couple of weeks ago. Haven't gotten around to investing in a pair of running shoes yet.

Well at least I've been learning to get out more and stop being such a workaholic.

It's going to take another week or so till I mentally settle down into my current lifestyle and then I'm planning to start sewing again.

I named him Friday and made him sit on my desk.

He's a real companion on long office days and all he needs are crumbs from my leftover japanese biscuits.
